This fan is probably the best fan I have ever bought and at a decent price, probably. You are spoilt for choice on how many speed settings and there are 12 in all. It is whisper-quiet when it's on sleep or low speed 1, I don't understand how anybody can find this fan noisy. It has different settings as the fan slowly increases then decreases speeds, but when in sleep mode you can't hear it. The display lights go out after a minute so there are no blinking lights on at night to interrupt your sleep. It is the quietest fan I have ever had when on sleep mode you can barely hear any noise at all, in fact, I got up the other morning and totally forgot to switch it off as I couldn't hear anything to remind me to switch it off, such as my old fan which made noise. It was pretty easy to install if you have a bit of common sense. In all I am very happy with this choice, it is super quiet, super powerful if needed, all at a reasonable price. Very happy with this purchaser and would definitely recommend it, if I had to nitpick it is a little on the large size and kind of dominates wherever you should decide to put it.

My trusty fan of a few decades finally stopped working so a replacement was required. Fancied a pedestal fan which was height adjustable and this Amazon one ticked the boxes.Assembly was simple albeit with a lot of packaging but this did mean the parts were well protected.It’s been in use now for a month or so and I’m pleased with it. Cheaper than some of similar style/function (fans seem to be priced high these days) but Amazon branded goods are usually good quality, which this fan is. Very sturdy.Best part is the remote, for effortless adjustment of the fan speed, oscillation, power on/off etc.Air flow is as expected, but I would say the second smaller fan is somewhat a gimmick. Not noticed any increase in airflow. The fan has three speeds, oscillation, timer and modes. The modes feature I find pointless. They seem to do the same thing and if you like a fan to go fast then slow then fast then slow etc then you’ll be happy, but I find that annoying, so that isn’t a feature that’s used.But happy with the purchase 🙂

For the price this is a well-built and well-featured pedestal fan. It has a good, heavy base; it's quiet on low speeds and powerful on the higher speeds; it doesn't vibrate or wobble. The remote control is nice to have although unlike some fans there is nowhere to store it on the fan so it will probably get mislaid. But all in all a really nice fan for the money. But, here is one thing the potential purchasers will want to bear in mind. Every time you press a button (either on the main unit or the remote) it emits a loud BEEP. I can't see the point of this, and it means that if you are using it at night you would not dare to turn it up or down (or even off) for fear of waking someone up. Optimistically, I thought perhaps the "sleep mode" would disable the beep, but it does not. Still, I'm happy with this purchase on the whole.

Pricey for a fan, but it's so worth it. It's far from basic. The remote works flawlessly, 12 speed settings is great, and the timer is great, especially if you want a fan to get to sleep but don't necessarily want it on all night. It genuinely helps to cool the room and even on lower settings you can feel the air flow to aid in cooling you down. The oscillation of the fan is great if you want to cool down a whole room. And all settings/speeds and timers can be controlled via the remote.On the lower settings the fan is practically silent, and on higher settings it is no louder than a standard fan, in fact I would argue it's quieter than most. I use it to sleep with and the noise is quiet enough to allow me to drift off to and stay asleep.Fan also swivels so you can point in almost any direction, tilts and the base pole can be extended to increase the height.All round a great fan and essential summer kit.

This fan is super quiet, but also very powerful, which is great for cooling you off, i use it in the bedroom to keep me cool at night.The sleep mode was a bit poor in my opinion, the way it appeared to work is to constantly speed up the slow down the fan. Which was really irritating when trying to sleep.The base is nice and stable, the remote is handy so you dont have to get up and turn it on/off, up/down etc. By using the buttons on the fan itself.

I sleep with a fan every night, this delightful fan is very powerful! Comes with a remote and you can tell when putting it together why it’s more pricy than the others. Defo worth it! Sturdy and lots of different settings. Pretty simple to put together :)
