The taste of these is very enjoyable. However, I am in maintenance after bariatric surgery/weight loss and try to stay under 100 grams of carbs per day. There are 8 carbs per 2-chew serving, which is just more than I can devote to a vitamin supplement on a day-to-day basis so I only use these for an occasional treat with a cup of decaf coffee. I take calcium citrate pills from Costco most of the time. During my weight loss phase, my nutritionist advised me to stay under 75 grams of carbs per day, so these would not have been a good choice at all then with their high carb count.
