Good video capturing device. Using it as a TV tuner. Only thing which need to be improved is the audio feature. While playing any video or watching TV through it, the timing of audio and video mismatch as audio output get delivered with1-2 seconds of delay. Picture quality is very good, although audio output delay need to be improved.

Change any old laptop to a monitor
Have an old laptop that has a good screen to use as a monitor. Instead of buying a new monitor just buy this. You can connect any AV device with hdmi and connect it to your laptop USB and its good to go. You need VLC or any other camera software that will project the device in your laptop screen, that's it!Have connected even my xbox to it. There is a very slight lag of the video rendering but its negligible.

It do not convert HDMI to USB
I had Purchased it for viewing HDMI signal from my laptop on my old Tv with USB port. But my TV do not Support this device. I think a wrong product was purchased. it is useless for me

serves its purpose
Good to convert your laptop screen as a monitor for a desktop or another laptop. Starts heating up after 20 min or so.
