This is a great binding machine. It was simple enough for me as a first time user. These were the second and third binding I completed after a test batch. Whole punch and stapling feature work well. It takes up more room than expected but isn’t heavy or cumbersome. It is a good buy for the price.

Created church directories with the binder used the three hole punch for study guides that we give to our small groups and the stapler is very convenient and very easy.

I have been using a rather inexpensive binding machine for many years. Though they both bind documents without a problem, this one certainly has a few extra “perks”.If you do not have a “fancy” copy machine which can staple and punch holes, then this is the perfect item to have located close to your copier. Though most people have a stapler on their desk… It is certainly a lot more convenient to have a stapler right next to the copy machine as part of this unit.Both the 3 hole punch and the binding mechanism work very smoothly. Though it shows that you can place 30 sheets in the 3 hole punch and 20 sheets in the binder for punching… I only place about half that many so there’s not as much stress on the handle.There is only one thing that is missing… My “cheap” binder has a spring-loaded tab where you place your documents under it, and then it will tell you the size of comb you need to use. That is extremely handy. This one does not have that, so you will either have to know exactly how many pages you are binding and then check the comb size… Or… Just wing it and change combs if you don’t have the right size.At 19 pounds, this is also a rather heavy unit. I like that because it keeps it from moving around on the counter. It’s certainly an item that you will want to keep out on the counter all the time and not something that light and flimsy that you haul in and out when needed.Made in China.
