It worked forme
I have a pool vacuum that is battery powered and I lost the charger cord. I have several cords with round ends but they were too big. One of the supplied ends fit the vacuum and I selected the appropriate voltage on the plug transformer. It charged the vacuum, so success.

Doesn't fit
Oh well. I bought this hoping it would fit a Stanley FatMax Rechargeable Flashlight/Floodlight but no luck. Of the 6 tips, none was large enough. (Do I need to buy the 28 different tips now ? - How many different tip configurations are there in the universe ?) Also, polarity is not clear and despite the seller's advice to just look for polarity info on your device; no such info exists on the floodlight itself nor on websites devoted to the Stanley FatMax. The only reason I gave this 2 stars (instead of 1) (Now Downgraded to 1 star - see below) is because ti's cheap enough to keep it on the off-chance someday I'll run into a device for which I've misplaced the charger and this miraculously fits. I'd recommend trying to buy the manufacturer's replacement for your device - though I was unable to locate one that clearly matched the Stanley FatMax.I update this review because Amazon sent me an e-mail about something or other and I had previously thought it not worth my time to complain - THIS PRODUCT WAS SO BAD THAT IT DID NOT EVEN FIT IT's OWN TIPS - that is to say, the tips included with it would not connect to the device. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE. ( Amazingly, I think I actually found a use for one of the tips - but not with this multi-charger that it came with.

Nice dual voltage transformer
I, like others checked voltage on setting with DVM, and all were +/- .006.. (All in correction range). Only negative thing I could say is the cord is pretty short. Would be nice if it were another 24". Now I haven't hooked this up to a load, so not sure how long it will last. I bought it to retrofit a 4.5v game sign that has led tubing. Bought at Bed Bath & Beyond, but it only works with (3) 1.5v batteries (in series). I bought some dc volt jacks here on Amazon, and I'm going to wire to run off this transformer. Will update when hooked up. BTW. People saying to attach the so call key to cord so you won't loose.. The key is for a slotted screw driver slot for selector switch.... ??????Will Update you with final results.. Update: Just hooked this to the LED sign, and transformer hums with a load on it. Checked on several dc items, hums on them all.. Not a loud hum, but something that can irritate you.. You no, when you search a room looking for that slight humming / buzzing sound.....

Works perfectly!
I actually bought this to lower the voltage to my NatGeo Hobby rock tumbler. It spins faster than I prefer at nearly 120rpms. Using this, I lowered the supply voltage from 12vac to 7.5vac, which lowered the rpms down to 80. I could probably go lower, but I'm happy with the improvement and do not want to press my luck too much. The most important thing to keep in mind about this product is the polarity is not reversible, so verify this will work for your purposes before purchasing. Also, check the wattage. Luckily, most wall warts are low wattage so this should cover most situations. There are other DC power supplies with a bigger voltage range, reversible polarity, and higher wattage, but not at this price. Very pleased with this item.

Lifesaver! This Cord Is A Must-Have For Many Devices...Just Get It!
What a lifesaver! I lost the original cord to my only nebulizer (for asthma), a travel nebulizer. I had sudden onset, extremely severe asthma, and after an ER trip, I need to be able to continue treatments at home, and use it like I’m supposed to from now on. With no time to mess around, I took a chance and got this, and was lucky enough to have a same-day option (which saved me a hellish return trip to the ER, yea!). And yes, one of the plugs fits, and the correct voltage setting is one of the available options, and it works perfectly, of course. It will also fit loads of other things which no longer have their original cords as well. Thanks, guys! The same-day option was a figurative, maybe even literal lifesaver, and the driver even rolled up early (thanks, driver lady, wherever you are, you saved me money, and stress, and hours in ER, and you’ll probably never even read this nor be able to know that it was you, and how much you helped me today!), just as I was in the car backing out, and about to go back to the ER to get the asthma under control again until the cord would come at the scheduled time, just hours later. So kudos all around, it’s next to me right now, and I can finally safely go to sleep. You have no idea what a relief that is! 😅🙏💕
