Good quality snack!
I’m not usually overfond of flavour pork scratchings, but this time, I fancied a change, so took a punt on these.A good choice on my part, as I really enjoyed them. They weren’t too strongly flavoured, which was nice to find and the quality of the scratchings used seemed generally to be pretty high.Heck, I may even buy some more, at some point down the line… but not yet. You really need to be sparing with foodstuffs like this…

It’s really vinegary, great pickle taste.
I loved this, it is a bit pricey but did taste delicious, if you are a pickle fan you will love them.

Fatty, salty goodness snack
Quite a pleasant surprise, the pieces have that perfect golden-brown colour with a nice coating of seasoning. The texture is spot-on, great crunch without threatening to break your teeth, and the fatty bits are pleasantly soft to bite into.Flavour-wise, it's REALLY salty, in that satisfying way that makes you reach for another piece. The seasoning powder clings to each piece, giving good coverage. The chilli kick is noticeable without being overwhelming, although it may still too spicy for those who don't like spiciness. The non-fatty parts have just the right amount of dryness, they're crisp enough to provide that signature crackling crunch, but not so dry that they become harsh or unpleasant. The contrast between the dry crispy parts and the softer fatty sections makes for a great bite. The crackling pieces are a good size, substantial enough to be satisfying but not too large that you can't just pop one in your mouth. I've noticed the occasional small hair in my bag and overly bitter pieces, but they've been very rare, so it's a minor issue. At £10, I think they're a bit on the higher price, but might be fine if you're looking for the high protein - keto friendly profile.Perfect for snacking while relaxing with a cold drink or when you need that quick salty, fatty boost. Would like to try another flavour from them.

On the expensive side
I'm trying to gain some healthy weight, so snacks like this are perfect. Especially as i'm disabled and cooking is difficult and tiresome. Due to health issue i have a very restricted diet, so finding snacks i can eat also isn't easy. They don't contain any unnecessary ingredients. It's hard to find these without wheat, hydrolyzed vegetable protein and black pepper (I'm on a low oxalate diet.)Though they are a little expensive... I see other brands selling 250g bags for around £4.Which i'd be happy to pay for these.I ate the whole bag easily watching a movie.I could eat a bag a day honestly but that's definitely out of my budget. These have just enough vinegar powder to taste but not leave your tongue completely raw or be too overpowering. And compared to supermarket brands i've had in the past. These taste cleaner. I was put off these snacks for a while after one too many bags of rinds with a cheap, oily/porky stale taste and aftertaste. I figured the vinegar would mask it some. But overall these taste much better quality and they aren't as wet/oily as others i've tried or too hard on the teeth either.Hope the salt and vinegar is back in stock soon. While they are a bit out of my budget i'll continue buying as much as i can afford, and is availabe to aid with my weight gain and as a treat as i really have no other alternative. Unless i find a cheaper brand with the same ingredients list. Thanks for creating such a great product and having them on amazon where it's easy to buy.I hope you have more stock in soon. Ill (try) ration my rashers for the mean time.(Edit) Second bag was terrible quality.Large chunks with inch long hairs, horrible gristley stale/off tasting. Had to spit a lot of pieces out... Will try my luck with a different, more affirdable brand next time.(Edit) Third bag i bought was great! No hair, off tasting or stale pieces. Ill buy some more when i can afford. And just hope it was an unlucky bag.

Massively overpriced.
These are ok, I tried the BBQ flavour, no real BBQ flavour to speak of, but decent crunch, not too much fat, an ok scratching (and they most definitely are a scratching).Certainly better than some I’ve tried and not as good as others, a solid three stars or possibly four for a decent flavour? But pricing them at almost £10 for 250gm. You have got to be joking!Appalling value for money, I’ve eaten hand prepared and cooked scratchings at Tom Kerridge's pub (that were in a completely different league) and weren’t as much per portion, there’s no way I’d pay this again for this product, they aren’t worth half as much.

Oh My, These Are DELICIOUS!
These are the BEST pork crackling snacks I've come across. I've tried a few brands from the grocery stores and these are so much better! They are cooked just right, the crackling skin and soft fat that melts in your mouth is a great combination. And, you're in no danger of cracking your teeth snacking on these, unlike other well known brands I've tried from the supermarkets. I finished this packet within three days as they are just so MORISH! It is an expensive snack but worth the health benefits of keeping insulin spikes at bay! Buy with confidence, you will love these!
