The main advantage of this purifier is the ability to replace the filters by a simple opening cap mechanism. No need to depend on technician for replacement. Just open the cap, remove the old filter and replace it. The hot water facility is an added advantage. But during initial few uses the heated water gave a fishy, rotten smell. After discarding multiple times the water seems ok. No more smell. The water is too hot and have to be careful! It has been a year and it is still functioning well. The service is also prompt.

Cost wise is affordable and worthy....easy to get hot water around in 1 min....it's enough to drink hot water.....capacitywise is good enough . We can set according our taste or as per science during installation. Service during installation from person has good knowledge.
