After searching for a few days, I finally decided to go with Kamonk.Product Penetration: Relatively newer productSupport: Great support (both telephonic & WhatsApp). Had a word with Anshul who was very polite and patient in answering any related queries. (Got the number from their official website)Delivery: Quick delivery. I ordered one piece on Amazon for QC and the rest directly from the Manufacturer's website (which also offered a better pricing). Either way, great delivery experience.Build Quality: Decent build quality. The touch switches seem good. Though, the back cover could have been a little more sturdy & well fit, I feel. But that's not a mark down for the product since its a one time install. So if you install it right, it won't be any trouble.Configuration & Connectivity (Revising the review after some months of testing): I am using Kamonk’s native app and it’s been working great for me. Configuration is easy. You need a WiFi router with internet connected (for the first time you’re configuring the switches). WiFi router should have good signals in all the corners of your house. If not, some switch might show offline. Once added, app controls work even on 4G data. Overall great stuff.I have 12 different switches installed across the house (planning to add more to that).

The media could not be loaded. This is my 4th Kamonk 4 way gang, only 2 of them works the waybthey are supposed to. Only reason I went with is this is to have 4 connections in a 2 switch space.This one works ok but inky 3 switches, one does not work which is also in the video. The other nearby Kamonk 4 way, does not connect to wifi or even go to pairing mode even after multiple reset tries.Customer support is almost non existent, no response from them over app in months

Product is good, some time it will disconnect again we need to configure.

The product quality is very good. With Alexa and Google Home devices can be controlled very conveniently. Scheduling and switching on and off devices after a set time of for some set time is very useful. For example fan may be switched on for half hour. Light may be switched off after two minutes, etc. Devices can be monitored and controlled from anywhere, not necessarily within wifi range.

I bought seven numbers 4 switch. Out of seven two switches are malfunctioning and one of the switch permanently got out of net work. The Center light is not glowing or blinking.Not even a month time usage it started malfunctioning and now used as touch switch only.Is there any possibility to get a replacement at least for two. Please respond.

I am regular user of smart switches of different brands. this product too much trouble in connecting with mobile application, tried many times. better is, not to go for this product.
