Highly recommend especially if you hate flossing
Hate flossing? Then this is for you. Works well. Last a long time on a charge. Water tank is adequately sized for a session. You should empty it after each use so it doesn’t need to be any larger. Easy to use. So easy you’ll use it more frequently. Highly recommend especially if you hate flossing.

Teeth feel so much cleaner!
I find this WATERPIK very effective. Teeth are cleaner and breath is better. It took me a while to master using it without splashing water everywhere! But with a little practice, I don’t have this problem anymore.I love that it’s cordless, portable and can be stored easily under the counter. The water capacity is excellent. My only complaint is there is no indicator light to tell you when to recharge it. Also, when charging, there is no indication of when it’s fully recharged. It does hold a charge for a long time, but there are times when the batteries die while I’m using it, kind of a pain. So, I just try to REMEMBER to charge weekly.

Great flosser but out dated electronics
This is my second waterpick from the company that started it all. The first one was discarded after it could barely hold a charge. It worked well and I was told by my hygienist that my teeth has less build up. I tried third party versions and now just bought this one. While they all work for cleaning teeth, the Waterpik version is much better built all around, thus partially justifying the higher cost. I like the design of the ON/OFF button that it is easier than the competitors to find the switch by feel and turn it on and off by one hand. The third party versions usually requires pressing a button that is recessed which can be hard to find and press. While this has only two power settings, the "High" setting is just right. Anything with more powers can be dangerous in my opinion if the jet is accidentally pointed at a sensitive part of the face (or the eyes). So why not 5-star? It is the electronics which in many way looks like the old one I bought more than 5 years ago. In this time and day, a rechargeable unit that does not tell us how much juice remains and communicate its charging status when being plugged in is simply not acceptable at this price point in 2022. This unit also does not use Li-batteries and I do not know how long one charge can last. My third party versions tend to use Li-batteries that can be charged quickly, and easily hold the charge for well over 2-weeks when used once daily. Finally the charging on this unit is not wireless and there is no cover for the Charging port. For the latter one worries whether minerals deposit over time can impair charging efficiency.Update: I finally returned it. The battery technology is so behind the curve and it impacted how one can satisfactorily use this product. One full charge does not seem to last two weeks, and there is no way of knowing when the power is low. When the power is out, you cannot use it while plugged in so you have to skip the cleaning. While it is being charged, you don't know when it is full, and the charging is very slowly that can take more than over night, depending on how low the battery is. I estimate if the battery is completely depleted, which is case most of the time it needs charging because you only learn about this when it stops working, it can take a whole day to fully charge, if not, it won't last a week. This is the same issue I ran into with the first generation of Waterpik more than 4 years ago, and it hasn't been fixed. I am taking down one star.

Game changer for oral health
Love this cordless Waterpik! It’s compact, powerful, and so easy to use. Perfect for small bathrooms or travel. My gums feel cleaner and healthier, and it gets food out from places floss can’t reach.

Update !!! WaterPik has finally decided to replace my flosser .....
Update: Waterpik is finally replacing my machine. Amazon apparently contacted them about the poor review I gave. Lesson I learned is that when you need help dealing with a seller ..... call customer service because Amazon is the best at what they do. When my machine "worked" it was fabulous so I have changed my review to 4 stars.Original Review: It does not work. I called Amazon and Gowri at Amazon was really good .... he said it was best to go through the manufacturer and they will replace it "no problem". Not exactly the way it went. They ignored my explanation of the issue of the battery not holding a charge and just kept sending me letters saying that I needed to do "MORE" troubleshooting. I think they thought maybe I would just "go away". I am not. I want people to know my experience with support from WaterPik. A guy named James just kept sending me emails telling me what I should try. I explained that my wife has the same product and it works fine, so I "DO" know how to work the darn thing. It is simply this ..... I charge the battery overnight then in the morning when I use the machine ...... it stops working before I get to my lower teeth. Like 2 minutes it lasts ..... obviously something is wrong with the batteries. They just kept insisting that I needed to do all these troubleshooting steps ..... I did comply ..... still have not heard whether they were sending me a new replacement yet. I kind of expect they will just keep making me jump through hoops.I would be willing to update this review, if they perform as expected.I included a couple pics because they insisted that I needed to give them the serial number. As you can see by the pics ...... there is no serial number on their machine ...... they insisted twice by email to provide that. I suspect they are going to use that as reason to not honor their warranty. Believe me .... blow up that first pic and you will see serial number clearly written, but no number ????? Arghhhhhhhhhh
