Zeberoxyz CR-10 Ender3 3D Printer Direct Drive Plate Upgrade Kit for Creality Ender-3, Ender 3 Pro,CR-10,CR-10S Direct Extruder Adapter Plate (Direct Plate)

I installed this on my stock ender 3. (Not pro or V2) Everything lined up perfectly. Fan shroud seems to seat properly. Couldn't be happier. I like to tinker and this was a fairly straight forward install. Be sure to properly route your cable bundle how you want it before you attach hotend and shroud to the plate. Hoping a bl touch can mount to this but I haven't decided to go that route yet so I don't know. The short Bowden tube was exactly the right length out of the box to cross the short gap to the hotend and reached the stop point at both ends. I have a single z axis and so far haven't noticed my gantry drooping from the added weight. For the price, this is a very good upgrade. Product arrived on time.

There are no instructions, but if you can’t figure this out within an hour then maybe you’re not the type of person who should be adding modifications to your printer. It is such a simple assembly. I got this done in about an hour without watching any how to videos.It works great and I’m very satisfied.

First off, I bought this for a Voxelab Aquila, which is an Ender clone. I expected to have to do some modification to get it to fit.The stamped metal bracket fit, but required cutting various parts of the Voxelab fan shroud.The three roller version would probably fit the Aquila better, but I figured I'd do the extra fettling if needed and get two upgrades in one.First print looks good so far. Worth the price and the install. Instructions are only included on the Amazon listing, and not very detailed instructions at that.

This kit seems to be of decent Quality. On par with the Creality parts it replaces, however the designers seem to have overlooked that it would have been better to mount the drive motor on the back side and the drive wheels in the front. I'm not really sure why they thought it would be better for the weight to be bouncing around so far past the rollers. It seems like other companies have made their kits in this fashion and I will probably be replacing this one as soon as possible. There are also no clear instructions on how to set this up. So best of luck for the hobbyist or beginner.On the upside, it seems to be doing ok printing ninjaflex on a slower speed with retractions turned off. The extruder wheel and tensioner don't seem to do any better with soft filament than the stock plastic unit.I would definitely recommend getting a kit that mounts the motor on the backside and skip this one.

It's too heavy to run on a single axis ender. To counter the weight, you need to have a command to z-hop on every layer or the print becomes lopsided.

came with a loose set screw on the drive gear, I actually should have checked before using it, but I didn't. a couple turns of an allen wrench and all was good. would not hesitate to buy again..
