To my surprise, I’m actually happy I purchased this because it’s something I can do during the days where I feel I need to write down how my days went and how my days played a part in my mental health. Journal is about the size of a book and comes with instructions. Good value for the money. Paper thickness is what you would expect from a book and makes writing easy. Cover has a texture to it.

I’ve only had this for a day, but during all of my free time, I have been using to read the beginning pages to help me journal the best I can! It has some very insightful things, and I look forward to continuing to journal daily and see how it changes my moods. This is a great product. I would highly recommend.
