Love it
It is a great product and great quality and it is fixed and the cats are using it without any issues

Not as advertised
This product does not allow the four settings it states. In-only, out-only and locked settings just do not work. The only thing we can get is all access at all times. Installation was also a problem as the wrong sized screws were supplied. As a basic catflap it works, but we bought it to be able to vary the settings, so it is a big disappointment to us.
