This mouse is a bit different from what I`m used to but it's super smooth in my hand. Honestly, I love the design and the LEDs in the mouse are super bright and I love how you can sync all the lighting up and even have your personalized lighting. The buttons on the side are super nice and honestly, it has great sensitivity. And as an old D1 vet this is just perfect I love it so much! It is worth the buy! Get it while you can.

Looks gorgeous. Any Destiny addict would want this. The extra button makes finishers and other things easy. Good grip. Click real good. Would recommend for any Destiny player.

The mouse is absolutely fantastic and super smooth! It glides across the mouse pad like it’s floating on air. I just wish there was a place to rest your thumb when not using the side button, but that’s a personal preference.

I absolutely love this mouse, the lighting options are fantastic and it's super comfortable and easy to use. My only gripe is after about 3 months of use, the plastic seems to have absorbed oils from my hand and discolored or something. No cleaner seems to do anything, I've tried alcohol, acetone, soap, glass cleaner, etc. but no matter what, it's just stained.

I really want to love this mouse. It feels great in the hand, it's pretty light, and all of the thumb buttons are super easy and comfortable to press (I used claw / palm, for reference). However, this mouse has two problems. First, the physical-1. There is an issue with the left click button where it'll inconsistently double click when only pressing the button once; the mouse doesn't register two clicks, but you can physically feel and hear three distinct clicks when clicking once. One halfway down, the actual switch click, and once more on the return. This is admittedly a physical defect, and likely not a problem with most of them, but as with all things, YMMV.2. The horrible SteelSeries GG software. It's just straight up terrible. Here is the only good thing I have to say about it- you can re-program the CPI button to any other function, so it's not locked to multiple sensitivity profiles, which can be an issue on other mice, meaning you can use it as an extra button if you want, which I do. HOWEVER- the software itself is so bloated and buggy that you'll never be able to reliably use it. I've reinstalled it several times, and only gotten it to work the first time after a fresh install. When I say this, I mean that if I restart my PC (which tends to happen on a fairly regular basis), I (and by extension, you, if you buy this) WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE STEELSERIES GG SOFTWARE WHATSOEVER. I mean like it'll launch, and then it crashes, and the only way to get around it is to hunt through task manager, end it, and then re-run it as admin, but then you have to close it from task manager AGAIN, and maybe then you'll have about a 50/50 shot of it opening properly. I'm appalled that the software is not only this inconsistent and buggy, but also so bloated, basically begging you to make an account at every opportunity. Why anyone would WANT to make a specific account just to use THE HARDWARE THEY PAID FOR ALREADY is absolutely beyond belief. It sets a horrible precedent and is a very unwelcome addition to all Steelseries' recent products. And if you thought that was the last complaint, just wait for this- the implication of not being able to open the software properly means that YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE ANY OF YOUR CHANGED SETTINGS, and they all revert to default. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. So, there goes the 'programmability' and 'versatility' of this mouse. It means nothing if you can't reliably control it in any meaningful way.3. All the things I said in 2 also apply to the lighting, obviously, which by the way is blindingly bright on this mouse. Like I have to unplug it at night because the default brightness is so insanely bright. If you sleep in the same room as your PC, you might also run into this issue of having an accidental desk lamp. And in case I didn't imply it, the lighting being this bright is great... IF YOU COULD CONTROL IT. I was able to reduce the brightness using the software ONCE, and it was actually really nice at lower levels.Steelseries, please be better. You can honestly do so much more than second rate QC and piss-poor software management, which is really the biggest issue. I can only hope it'll receive a meaningful update. Until then, it'll have to live on the shelf collecting dust, which is a huge shame because I love the shape of this mouse so much. (Also, if you wanted to have on-board storage for preferences, I'm sure nobody would complain, especially when you use multiple computers and like using the same mouse...)
