Great deal
Love this set. It is perfect for egg custard pudding. I have used it several times and I like the silicone lids. They are easy on, easy off and easy to clean.

Easy water bath cooking
Packaged very well however one of the ceramic ramekins was chipped. Also the ramekins do not sit level in the wire cage.I like the concept and really like that there is a baking pan included that fits the wire cage allowing cooking in a water bath very easy. Preventing n g having to try to figure out find compatible pans. I would buy again and could recommend others buy also

Perfect for Crème Brulle
Perfect size for individual crème brulle. Looks great held up to dishwasher cycles. It feels like they are restaurant quality. I love my desert more now I have the correct dishes.

Perfect for crème brûlée chefs!
I absolutely LOVE this ramekin set! It goes into the oven and cooks your crème brûlée perfectly! I’ve used this set roughly 5 times since I’ve bought it and it’s great quality! Fits perfectly in the oven, and even includes the rack, and silicone lids to store your deliciousness in the fridge! The ramekins can handle a torch with zero issues! The color is as pictured!

really nice and very pretty
This is very nice quality and very pretty - the cups fit perfectly, the pan is really nice - we use it for more than just this holder for cups. The pan alone is worth the money. The ramekins are also very pretty when served. I like the lids - they are NOT tight but are 'clingy' so good for protection in the fridge and also for splashes.

Sturdy Apparatus
The stainless steel rings are welded together with a small spot solder. I hope it lasts long. Used the ramekins to make a cream brulee. Turned out good The oven temp was set to 350 anf the boiling water bath with the remikins was baked for 50 mins. Turned out very good. The ease of lifting the ramekins after baking was very easy. Recommend this set to others.

Worth the money
My Husband loves to make Crème Brûlée . We received these and the quality was wonderful. He has been able to put them in the fridge and I have used them for mini cakes. They bake evenly and are perfectly sized. So many things still to try with them.
