📸 Capture the Unseen: Elevate your photography game!
The 58mm Close-Up Filter Set is a versatile macro photography kit designed for a range of digital cameras and camcorders. It includes four diopter filters (+1, +2, +4, and +10) that allow photographers to capture intricate details of small subjects with exceptional clarity, thanks to its high-quality optical glass and resin construction.

Pretty reliable
I'm writing this review as a local photographer for my area. I felt that a review was only fair for this product, perhaps to help share insight for other photographers. These macro filters are pretty handy - straight forward. For my 50mm lens (Nikon), the 58mm filters fit perfectly, and while it does take a little time adjusting and finding 'the sweet spots', once you gain that needed perspective, you'll capture pretty neat shots. These filters have helped me recently with engagement ring shots, and that's hugely wanted! I do recommend these. I do recommend doing outdoor macro shots, and perhaps consider light bounce, so you can capture as much detail as possible. Auto focus struggled a little, but it wasn't a major issue. I work around those things. Picture quality is good, but again it depends on your discipline and willingness to try experimenting. So, experiment with it!

Impressed with the quality and results.
These lenses are really well made for the cost. Just pulled them out for the first time to experiment with them. These photos were taken with the #4 and #10 combined =14 on my Canon f/1.4 50mm.They must be manually focused and I was shooting free hand. To get the bee photos I set the drive on fast continuous and started shooting just moving the camera closer to him. I will use a tripod in the future due to super sensitive focus requirement. They are well worth having in the bag for super close-ups. Going to order the same set in 67mm for my other lenses.

Good product but lens was loose.
At least three of the lenses were loose there is a ring around the lens In the picture I added you can see ring around the lens I had to use a small knife to tighten it down carefully. For this reason I took off one star.

Solid value
These close up lenses are very well made. The optical glass is perfect and the coating is uniform. The filter rings are solid and precise, screwing into the lens smoothly without binding or cross threading. Work as intended allowing one to come in closer for a good "macro" experience.

For the buyers
It does what is able to do. What the makers show. I personally use the reverse method but that doesn’t stop me from using the screens. They are not as powerful as the reverse lens. They are good to use when your out there and something comes up and your pressed for time? You can put them on in a minute. Ron.

Game changer
As I’m starting out with wedding photography I just didn’t have the money to spend on a Macro lens. This filter kit was a GAME changer for detail photos to use with my 50mm lens.

Good threads, firmly-fitted lenses on mine
Many wrote here that the screw-on threads were poor, and the lenses badly mounted in their frames. I found the opposite. My threads are well-machined and the lenses firmly fitted in their housings. They are every bit what I'd expect from Vivitar. This isn't Pacific grim crap. In my 60+ years as a photog no company has out-ranked Vivitar as first atop the 2nd tier of great photography brand names.
