They work well for what they’re designed for.
These are a great way to help strengthen your arms. I use them while walking and sometimes even while I’m just doing things around my home. So far, they seem to be quite durable, and the Velcro closures work well, and they’re easy to use. The price was equivalent to a number of other items, but this one seemed to have a lot of really good reviews.

Love 'em!
Bought the 3lbs, for walking and shoulder exercises. Comfortable, easy to put on, high quality. I recommend finding the right fit, and then keeping that fitting, and taking them off like a glove or a sock, so that you just put them on again, without having to re-strap. Doing to re-strapping each time is not easy with 3lbs. Highly recommended.

Very durable, but perhaps not stable enough for intense activities.
I mainly use this for VR, Beat saber specifically, and it's been working well until about a month later with moderate use where the metal loop started to deform the binding that holds it. Makes it impossible to tighten on the wrist when deformed which can cause injury when flailing like a mad man.My movements consisted of rapid swings of the arm and rarely flicks of the wrist on expert+ for an hour per session and it was the most stable wrist weight I've used so far.Velcro has held up through its use, but I believe the binding that holds the metal loop is a design flaw making the product last shorter than desired. It either needs to be strengthened so the binding doesn't twist and push the metal loop out, or have some way to anchor that metal loop down so it doesn't do so.Otherwise, very good for moderate activity, but not ones of high intensity/speed on the long term.

Work great! Fit well, nice and tight. Makes VR gaming a workout! Cheaper than gimmick VR attachments
Some VR attachments provide "feel", like stocks, grips, etc. But they make weighted attachments that look all cool that you can't actually SEE when you put on your VR googles and you can't always feel the extra part either?? :) SO, it occurred to me that if I just got some wrist weights it would add to the feel in VR! It makes gun socks/pistol grips more realistic and is a workout! Boxing games or Beat Saber kick my butt with wrist weights! It's pretty cool!! :) And these weights with the thumb loop are very secure when your swinging around your arms and you don't feel like they might fall off or shift as you move. Work perfect!!

Great For Big Hands ✋️!
These are perfect. I have huge hands, over 10-in spread from thumb to pinky, I use these on my walks at 3 lb for an amazing bicep pump at the end of 4 MI. 6,000 steps, conservatively 2500 bicep pumps for each arm. At the end of my walk my biceps are exploding and the burn is real. Thumb grip is not a hinder, and fits loosely, and does not pinch as long as you put the weights all the way up against the bottom of your hands where they're supposed to be. You need these

Fit is fine, but everything else...
I like the design, having a thumb loop makes it easier to perform movements without the weights sliding. The major issue I have with these is the fact that after about a month or so, they started to rust. And not just the metal loop but the iron on the inside, so they are left with a rusty coating where all the seams are, and unstrapping them causes a rusty powder to fly into the air.The second issue, they stink like all hell. And I've cleaned them repeatedly, but no matter what, they leave a gross lingering smell on your wrists that's difficult to ignore. Even after washing my hands and arms multiple times, the smell is still there, and again, it's nasty.

Easy way to get in some extra resistance training
My significant other loves these wrist weights and uses them almost every day. He wears them while doing things like walking around the house, running errands, and even just cleaning up. He's noticed a big difference in how strong his upper body is. He is a very busy person so he likes that he's getting stronger without having to go to the gym more often. If you want to fit in some extra resistance training during the day, I highly recommend this.
