Not for an experienced weight lifter
This hip thrust machine is poorly designed. It is physically difficult to set up the weights and get into the proper position because the board is is elevated. My daughter does 350# hip thrusts so is very skilled. I bought this so she could do glute work with weights at home. I can certainly use this as I am a novice, but for anyone who wants to use a barbell with significant weight, this is not the machine for you.
