I have no complaints yet, so far this kettle. I was looking for something not that costly. I did some searching and found this one, with a high rating, and hardly any returns.I wanted this for having Mate. With other kettles it's hard to maintain temperature because the water for Mate must be at a certain temp. I love how this has a temp gauge that tells you when water reaches its perfect temp. Quick heating, Stainless steel is a massive plus at least the inside is, (which is very important.) Pour water, heat up, set temp, and then just walk away, you can leave the kettle alone, then put it back on and watch it heat up again. Definitely worth the money.

Daily tea drinker here! I’m completely in love with this electric kettle! The gooseneck design gives it a high-end look, and the matte black finish is gorgeous — it fits perfectly with my kitchen aesthetic. Beyond the looks, though, it’s incredibly functional.The temperature control is perfect for someone like me who’s picky about brewing tea. I also love that it has a built-in timer and keeps the water warm for up to 2 hours after boiling — super convenient for slow mornings or when I’m deep in work and forget it’s ready.It sits on its own heating base, so it’s no longer taking up space on my stovetop (huge bonus). The digital controls are intuitive and responsive, and I appreciate how fast it heats up.If you’re on the hunt for a kettle that’s equal parts beautiful and smart — this is it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've only had this 2 days now and I'm just starting out on my pour over coffee experience however I had another gooseneck electric kettle with no temperature control it was $28 but it was so unbalanced this one is just really balanced you can really control the pour and it's great to have a exact temperature control there it's just so much better sure you pay more for it but if it lasts and it's definitely worth it I'm already enjoying it and seeing the difference.

I use this gooseneck kettle for my coffee setup at my workplace. The Quality of the kettle is stellar and I really enjoy the temperature nob and buttons. When I use the kettle, I like to keep it on 'hold temperature' mode and haven't had any issue with that.While a minor feature, I adore the fact that the little screen tells you the current temperature of the water as well as what it is set to. There is just something fun about knowing the water temperature of the cold water you just poured in. Speaking of cold water, the time it takes to boiling takes a bit longer than my kettle at home, but I believe that's just the water I am using. I don't fault the kettle for that.Cleaning is relatively easy, however, I have not had to worry about limescale removal yet. Limescale is due to minerals in water, and the product came with a slip to explain how limescale affects your kettle and how to fix it. I appreciate that the manufacturer includes this.Lastly, this is my first gooseneck kettle and it's a joy to use to make pourover coffee. the flow rate is great and hope to use this kettle many years into the future.

This is a pot for someone who aims for making tea as an Experience: it’s elegant, the controls are good, and the built-in timer is a nice touch. However, for making tea in the morning while doing ten other things, it didn’t work. The volume turned out to be so small that I could only get one mug per boil, and there’s no way to set the timer to get your attention after a certain time, so you have to be paying attention. (Also, there’s no divider between minutes and seconds - it threw me off a few times before I realized that “120” on the timer meant one minute and twenty seconds, rather than one hundred twenty seconds!)Overall, if you’re treating making tea (or coffee!) as a meditative relaxation experience, it’s a wonderful pot. If you prefer your drinks in bulk or are doing five other things at the same time, then it’s not so useful.

It’s so cute - I love it and it works as it should. If you see the photos that follow the first, you’ll see there were some scratches to the first one I received. I had Amazon create a return slip and for a replacement to be sent out once it was returned so I got a new one - free of scratches! I will note the slight crease you see by the handle was in both the first and second one I got. Hardly noticeable though so not that big of a deal to me.I’ll have to read the manual b/c the kettle’s default is to hold it at your desired temperature after the initial boil, which I personally don’t need it to do, so I’ll have to somehow disable it. Seems like a waste of power to me but I’m quite forgetful and would rather not have to worry about unplugging the kettle after every use.

This electric goose neck pot works great! It heats up so fast and makes my pour over routine in the morning a lot quicker than waiting for my stove top pot to heat up. Easy to operate buttons on the base that allow for temp + and - along with a “hold temp” button to keep the water at a set temp. Highly recommend this product!

This was my first attempt at brewing coffee this way. The water heats up very quickly and gets much hotter than a Keurig. It is easy to clean, has no odor and the cofee tastes great.
