Stiff plastic product. Gets the job done. I use needle nose pliers to pre- open the product so romex pushes in slightly easier. Functions well. Priced right.

They work well as long as you don't expect them to be equal to the metal ones
These are great to work with and much easier than metal. As long as you understand the differences you should have no issues. They work very much like the tabs in plastic electric boxes.

Very handy - much faster than using standard ROMEX connectors!
Where were these 20 years ago? Easy to pop in a hole and provide adequate strain relief for where I was using them (small LED ballast/power supply). Much handier than using standard ROMEX connectors.
