Nice and easy cooker that's as good as more expensive ones!
So far so good! This unit has a lot of nice features. I made some calrose rice in it (kind of like sticky sushi rice) and it came out great! I followed the directions in the booklet that came with it, though I double checked online to make sure that the ratio was correct, (1.5 c water per 1 c rice) and had no problems. It also comes with a recipe booklet though I've not used it yet.I bought some black japonica and wild rices as well, looking forward to trying them! This unit is a great size, not too big or small. It comes with a metal steaming basket, a standing paddle and a measuring cup. It easily makes enough rice for a family, and the pop up button on the lid to open it is a nice feature.Btw, Their cup is NOT the same as an 8 oz cup (slightly smaller, somewhere around 6.5 ounces I'd guess) so be sure to measure everything using their cup!It was very easy to use and clean, I'm happy with it!

Perfect Rice at Home
I've finally learned what good rice cooked at home tastes like. Before I used to rely on restaurants to eat good rice, but since I've pretty quit eating out, I had to learned how to cook rice at home. I tried cooking rice over the stove with some nice pots I have, but I've always been slightly disappointed with the outcome. So, I finally settled on getting the Cosori Rice Cooker. It does all the work for me and I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend this rice cooker if eating well prepared rice is important to you.

WOW, Fried Rice, Chow Mein, sitting warm together
I'm in love with this machine because it cooks perfect rice. I have tried over and over to cook rice, in my pressure cooker, and a microwave rice cooker, and have had mostly poor results. For some reason, just over cooking it slightly, too much water or not enough, and it never turns out very good. Even the best pressure cooked rice doesn't even compare to this.I added some chicken seasoning, then once finished made fried rice using Saute function. Honestly, it takes 5 times longer than a wok, but the end result for me is much better than a wok, and better than most take out fried rice, I'm floored in shock. The only con is the saute function isn't very strong, it would take a while to brown something. My pressure cooker sautes twice as strong. But this is perfect for cooking the noodles, steaming them, or boiling them.Since it's like a small pressure cooker without the pressure, I felt this is overkill, but the rice is perfection and completely worth the purchase. If you have a pressure cooker that has rice options that is smart like this one, then I guess you wouldn't be looking for a rice cooker. For 1 to 2 people, or a college dorm, this is simply a beautiful option to have.

Amazing rice cooker 💯
I'm delighted with the Cosori rice cooker. It's incredibly easy to use, and the results are always perfect. The rice is cooked to perfection, whether it's white, brown, or even quinoa. I really like the keep-warm function, which keeps food at the ideal temperature without drying it out.Another strong point is how easy it is to clean, as the bowl is nonstick and effortless to clean. Plus, its modern and compact design is perfect for any kitchen. It's definitely an excellent investment for those looking for practicality and quality. I recommend it 100%.

Works fine as a Rice Cooker, easy to clean.
This rice cooker works fine. I personally don't care for the options on the display that don't appear constantly. I find it annoying. However, I don't really like frills. I bought this to cook grains not just rice. You need to presoak grains like Oat groats, wheat, Kamut etc. before cooking. I really want to cook beans in this cooker but There really isn't anything to tell you how. I will try cooking beans after I have presoaked them.I have cooked quinoa and barley but I had to cook twice ( two cycles ) to get them fluffyI didn't buy this to use as a slow cooker or steamer, so I haven't used it in that regard.
