Good for your feet and increases blood flow in your feet and toes. If you use it in a soaking for your feet I’m 60 years. I don’t know would recommend it often. That works great, and put in there some dishwashing soap

Dissolves quickly, seems like a good product. Haven’t used epsom salts before but having hand pain so thought I’d give this a shot.

Huge bag of salt that isn’t too difficult to store and has a great zipper so the salt doesn’t go everywhere when stored under the sink. I use this after workouts and when my legs are tight, it relaxes my muscles. Great product, and this one won’t irritate sensitive skin

Definitely works. I use this to make foot soaks, and my feet are noticeably more relaxed and comfortable afterwards.
