Great addition to dough recipies
High quality product. Didn't take much exploration to incorporate this into different pizza dough recipies. For anyone unfamiliar with using malt when baking, it serves as a compliment to the yeast to improve taste and texture without any significant modifications to an existing recipe except to go lighter on any added sugar.

Works its magic, dough rises very nice. A good value, will last a long time. only need a teaspoon for 3 cups

Great Boost for Dinner Rolls
