Disappointed with Damaged and Faulty Unit. Poor Quality – Refund Initiated
I was excited to try this retro handheld game console, but it arrived in terrible condition. While the device does turn on and display games, the screen has popped out of the panel, and there’s some kind of paper filling awkwardly stuffed between the screen and casing. It looks like a serious assembly or shipping issue.To make things worse, the games load very slowly, making the experience frustrating. Given these issues, I had no choice but to initiate a refund. Disappointed with the quality—wouldn’t recommend unless major improvements are made.

Product not working at all defective upon opening. Power is on but no screen view and sound.. wasnt able to return bec. I was in vacation.
