Good modular design, easy upkeep
When 40 Watt fluroscent tubes became obsolete, I replaced them with LED tubes after some simple rewiring. Now those LED tubes are hard to find, and vendors sell complete LED ceiling fixtures with "no bulbs to change, ever". Of course not ! You get to replace the *entire* ceiling fixture when the LEDs give out. The "tubes" inside are fake, wrapped around hard-wired LED strips. I don't regard this as progress.I've had two of the Lithonia track light fixtures in my laundry room for years, and just bought 5 more for my shop building. There are several advantages. One, the lights are aimable and I can get the most effect where I need it. Two, the biggest factor for me: they use regular medium-base bulbs. When one goes out, it takes 20 seconds to replace it, instead of buying and wiring an entirely new fixture into the ceiling. Three, the medium bulbs are cheap, even in LED. Four, there's the option of buying additional units to add to the rail.Installation was straightforward with standard electrical wiring. Note that the track rail has two conductors on one side and only one on the other. Push each bulb holder up, turn 90 degrees to snap it into place. If the bulb doesn't light up, you probably have the sides reversed.I did not find this hard to do, as opposed to another reviewer. I do wish the square rider which connects the track to the ceiling box would cover a standard round lighting box. It leaves part of the hole exposed. I need to find a decent looking solution for that.

Excellent Track System at a Fair Price
This H-track system in priced fairly and looks and works well. I used a "T" installation which required me to find the T-junction piece that I couldn't find on Amazon. I found it at one of the large home stores that sell tools and equipment that doesn't have an orange logo. Installation in my media room was a snap. I used 3000K LED floods in the 8 fixtures and the result was a ton of warm light. I installed a smart dimmer with wireless control. Highly recommend this unit.

Lighted up my entrance
I put this just inside my front door. There was a 60 watt bulb there, not much light and not close enough to the coat closet to see inside of it. I only used 2 lights, one lights up the entrance and the stairs going to the basement, the other lights up the coat closet.

Junk
Installed track no problem. Could not get the lights to twist in and work at all. The tabs would not catch the feed no matter how many times I tried. Ended up cutting off the plastic tabs that hold them in place. Then the lights worked. By the way, have installed hundreds of lights...... this thing is garbage!

Best almost 4 footer for the money.
These are typical "H Style" tracks. You do have to be careful to align bulb holder fixtures in track to avoid damage. I found it easiest to remove the end-cap and slide the fixtures in from the end, rather than the recommended "Twist In". That way you can see the contact's alignments as you install them. You only have to do it once, so it is not an issue for me. The fixtures rotate and pitch nicely and stay where you aim them. They have a clean slim look, but are not the tiny fixture that come with some. See dimensions in ad. You can add other "H Style" fixtures of various sizes.A great hint about the "Sheetrock Anchors"... They are great "Screw-In" anchors, but the screw will bottom-out before the screw gets totally seated, causing a less than tight installation. Easy fix is to clip off the tip of the anchor so screw can go a little further. Also MUST clip end if there is a stud behind your attachment point. You could also use a washer to increase tightness instead, but you will see that. These also come with optional "Toggle Bolts" which are a much stronger hold, but these are very lightweight rails and will hold fine with the "Sheetrock Anchors" as long as nobody swings from them.I use my 2 sets to accent light on my 5x10' Diorama Layout with the FTL R20 color changing LED bulbs.

hard to insert fixture
After the track was installed, it was very difficult to mount the lamps. It was extremely still to twist into the tracks. I had to remove end caps and slowly slide each lamp into place and then space them. It was much more tedious than just twisting one into place.

trac light
This was easy to install but the slide in fixtures were tight. There is room for one more light.
