I sent these for a death in the family and the recipient was very appreciative and said they were fresh and lasted long. Good job Benchmark!

I ordered these flowers for my aunt to start the new year off fresh and bright! This bunch of flowers are perfect! first picture was the first day she received them and the second picture was four days later! They are all still beautiful and starting to bloom! Five stars for sure!!

so beautiful and stayed fresh for weeks

This was a sympathy/condolence gift for a staff member. Fortunately, it was delivered to the office where the ordering party was able to see it prior to the recipient. The white roses contained a significant number of brown and wilted petals and greenery contained multiple wilted leaves. We were able to remove most of the damaged/wilted items but went to a local florist to add items to "dress" it up and detract from the poor quality of the roses/leaves. Hesitant to order flowers again.

The flowers were beautiful but I was disappointed that the sympathy message was not delivered.
