An excellent choice.
To start, I’ve had this earpiece for roughly a week. A simple synopsis of this review is that this earpiece is the one to get if you need to connect quickly, and need to work without charge for long hours. Now into the full review.Set-up:This one is easy to set-up with Bluetooth, turn on, and look for its code in your Bluetooth settings for any device. It also comes with a Dongle, to connect to a device via USB. I don’t particularly see the need for this with Bluetooth being available, but glad it is here nonetheless. Dongle set-up is not great, and it took a bit of work.Sound/Mic Quality:This is an earpiece meant for voice calls, listening to voices is fine, and the mic according to those who I have spoken to have said it sounds fine as well. My own listening to the mic, does have a small pop to it. The people I spoke to only noticed this when I pointed it out. If you are curious about the quality of sound from Dongle VS Bluetooth, it is the same.Battery Life:I’ve only had it for a week, and I charged it up to full since I got it. The earpiece itself has yet to notify or say anything about low battery in about 10 hours of use. The battery of the case has not been used either. I do wish both of these batteries had their mAh rating listed somewhere. I still need to continue using this one to see how long the battery really lasts.Comfort:This isn’t terrible for comfort, but not the greatest either. It does come with multiple eartips so you can adjust accordingly, as well as allowing for rotational adjustment of the eartip, and of the entire earpiece for both left and right ears. I can use this for roughly 3 to 5 hours at a time before discomfort occurs.Additional Details:There are volume up and down buttons on the device, as a well as a mute button. There is a delay when changing volume, and sometimes volume can be inconsistent. The mute button doesn’t seem to be working in certain programs.

This one's a winner
I've been through a lot of headsets over the years, and the A6L is my favorite yet.People can hear me clearly and I can hear them. :)The headset announces the calling number. Yay! For some reason, the last couple I've owned did not have this feature, which is a must while driving. The A6L was the first headset that fit me perfectly right out of the box; usually I need to play around with the various ear cushions to find a good fit. This headset sits on top of the case for charging. Drop it right on the charging case and a magnet grabs it, making it super easy to put in place. Lifting it off the case turns the device on; placing it on the case turns it off. Smart design, so you won't miss calls because the headset on the charger is still connected to the phone.Prior models I've owned, the headset would charge *inside* the case. I see the A6L's approach as an improvement, as I can place the headset on the case on my counter, keeping it available to grab when a call comes in, without having to open the case.Another good design is that you can charge via the case or via USB-C direct into the device--sometimes while travelling I don't want to bring the case with me--nice to have both options.Final point I'll mention is that the A6L has a separate mute button. What a great idea. With other devices I've owned, the mute feature was integrated with the power/end call button. With these devices I was always fearful of inadvertently dropping the call, so I never used it, even when I should have! The A6L having a separate button has solved that problem. All in all, this has been a 5 star experience for me. Highly recommend. They've got a winner with this model.

Great earpice, good value
I’ve been using this earpiece quite a bit for the past 2 weeks now, and honestly, it’s amazing. I wear it several hours a day, throughout the week, mostly during calls and web meetings. Sound quality is very clear on both ends. Inbound audio is super loud (way louder than any wired headset I’ve used), and people can hear me clearly too. Yes, you can tell I’m on a headset, but the clarity and volume are excellent.Set up was easy and straight forward, no surprises.Battery life is excellent so far—I get about two full days before charging it. I’ve never had to worry about quitting on me in a meeting. The charging dock/case is a nice touch, though I wish it charged while stored inside, not just while docked.Comfort-wise, it’s one of the best I’ve worn. Super lightweight, you can barely tell it’s there. No aching or tenderness even after long days. It comes with a bunch of ear tip sizes and shapes, which is nice, it took me a bit to find the one that worked best. Mid-size worked best for canceling out background noise without pushing it in to deep.Controls are straightforward—power, mute, volume—all right on the device. One small gripe: the power button is the same as the hang-up button. So if the other person hangs up first and you go to end the call, you might accidentally power the whole thing down. Not a a big deal once you get used to it.I’ve dropped it a few times and it still works perfectly—feels sturdy, not cheap at all. Easy to switch ears, too, which helps avoid fatigue.Bottom line: For $50, it’s a great deal I spend more on less quality pieces. So far I’m happy and can recommend this earpiece for sure.

BEATS APPLE AND BEATS
I have been using this brand ear pieces since the beginning of COVID. I have had the Apple and the Beats ear buds and either can compare to this. First of all, the more expensive brands will not stay in my ears. It's a huge problem. The only thing I missed was the fact that COMEXION had a case but not one that charges. This version has that so I am very pleased. Important to note I don't use the head phones for music, but for phone calls that I make for my employment. 4 stars due to the fact that it fits a little awkward on my ear, not as comfortable as the lesser COMEXION ear piece (which by the way I have used the same one for about 5 years now-only got this one for its' charging case).
