Great little tool, I am not too sporty, but I have to say, I use it a lot , even while watching a movie to train my sence of balance. Fits under my living room sofa, which is great.

It’s a good size and nice and solid. I’m using it to strengthen my ankle after snapping the Achilles tendon.

It’s very robust

Brought these for my kids with adhd and autism to help them with movement and for "stimming". They're great for them to sit and rock and to put feet on when they restless legs on sofa.. Helps them relax and regulate

Got this to assist with recovery after a stroke. I used the side to side bord to get balance but now using this when I sit at the desk or on sofa just to rotate the ankle on affected foot. I thought trying to balance on it would be scary but actually have managed to do it whilst holding onto something. So it is helping with the foot rotation and assisting in developing core muscles to further improve overall balance.
