Perfect
This massage ball was smaller than I expected, but I realized it's actually the perfect size. I like to stand on it with my feet while working at my standing desk, and I love using it to massage my neck muscles by simply rolling it over them. It's the perfect balance of firmness and softness!

Portable foot doctor
This is one of the best things I have ever bought. The design and material is what makes this a great item. Surpasses tennis balls and other hard round objects.i bought another 2 to keep for the future when I need them

Knobbly rubbery release.
A golf ball sized roller with a firm centre and covered in rubber nodules.I own many TP products and these measure up in quality and price.I have a release roller from Gaia, same size and similar knobbly rubber coating. But the nodules are not raised enough for me. The nodules on the TP one are higher and provide better massage when rolling your foot over it. Apart from that they both perform the same for TP release. Is it worth buying? Well that depends on what you want to use it for, massage, TP release or both. If itâs massage then I would go with the TP one. If itâs for TP release then you can probably get something else cheaper. If itâs for both massage and TP release then I would go with the TP one.I award four stars âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸Happy shopping.

Great little ball!
Great little ball with a simple yet clever design. I was wary of spending more than I needed but this was worth it. I have flat feet and further foot issues resulting from a fractured ankle, for which my physio prescribed using a golf ball. The idea is to repeatedly roll the ball under the arches of the foot (moderate pressure or as needed) to relieve pain and muscle tightness. This is the by far the best ball I've used: softer than a golf ball and not as cold, provides presure points without feeling like you've stepped on a porcupine (see various spiky ball offerings in this category) and just the right amount of firmness. It has a dense, rubber texture and does not lose it's overall shape with pressure applied but has a gentle 'give' that a plastic ball wouldn't provide. I recommend this for anyone with sore arches, flat feet or just for a soothing foot massage. If you ARE seeing a physiotherapist, I'd speak to them first, but mine gave this the thumbs up.Now I just have to keep it away from my puppy!
