I love this business! Their mission statement is amazing and their products are backed by the owner 100%. I believe this can work for any skill level and the company has several how-to videos so you just can't go wrong!

Compact and precision items, but it's not as easy as I had imagined.... I purchased mainly for quilting.....maybe the batting Isued for the quilted project was too lofty and I need a much thinner combination of the 3 layers....I'm sure with practice it will look better and be easier and not so much straining/tense of muscles and body.

I am so amazed at how thread painting can now be done easily using these embroidery hoops.

I need to give this set some more practice. Everything came as described, and seems to be sturdy enough, but my first project just wouldn't behave as I wanted. I'm going to have to play with some more settings and see if it's me or the frame.

When I received my Octi_Hoop Kit,I noticed that the handles were taped to the embroidery design that came with the kit. I could remove the handles, but if I try to remove the tape, the embroidery design started to tear. That makes it useless, because the topping is supposed to wash away, but the scotch tape won't.I have emailed the company and I called the company at least twice and I can't get in touch with the seller. The book keeper tells me that she knows nothing about the product. I'm out of almost $100,- and that's it. I'm not a happy costumer.

I purchased these expensive hoops after watching the demonstration on U-Tube. It was advertised that the hoops would hold the fabric tightly enough to prevent wrinkling while quilting. I watched the enclosed instructional video twice but after several hours of frustration with the wrinkling I decided it was much easier to go back to the quilters gloves. Also, the package was damaged upon arrival and the product was packed with no protection. Fortunately, the contents was not damaged. However, In order to return these items, I will have to obtain a shipping box and protective padding to insure it returns undamaged.
