Got this with a warranty by the seller at a bargain love it bye keurig this is my 3rd product from ninja. I have a blender by ninja that I bought here at a great price. I have a ninja foodie fryer. An now a ninja coffee machine that I really can't complain it's amazing features. Especially after looking at YouTube videos of its performance. Keurig only limits it's portion and performance had it for nearly 6 years and needed a upgrade.

I love ninja products, most have never failed me. I'd give this a 5 star if it wasn't for the water tank, on one point of view it's great it pops out easily on the other it comes off so quickly that if you knock it even a little bit it falls over and now there's water everywhere. That's my only tiff.

Love my little ninja. Purchased a 5 cup coffee carafe and I can drink coffee all morning long, or make a cup to go. Froth some creamer and off I go.

I have used Keurig coffee makers for probably 22 years. Thought it was the only way to get a good cuppa coffee at home. I only drink one cup a day, but it's gotta be a good one. But after about a year and a half in fact this last time right after I cleaned it the first time the coffee maker burned up. You could smell the wire and insulation burning. So, I looked on Amazon and for three days I waffled back-and-forth about what to get finally settled with the Ninja and let me just say I won't be needing a new Keurig.... that's for sure...Even opening, went smoother. The maker set up easily with simple instructions. And the choices for types of brew and sizes are spot on and SIMPLE plus the choices you make stay in place until YOU change them so the next cup is just like you like it!! Then I found the cleverly hidden pieces to make the Ninja a pot of coffee maker as well! All the pieces are stored inside the maker never to get lost! Also.....attached to the side is a frother. That is really nice !Everything about this unit is designed more logically for ease of use And when you select rich or strong, you get it rich or strong. I haven't even used the milk froth yet. Just being satisfied with Coffee at the right strength and the right time is soul satisfying.! The price is much better as well. And it is a very attractive unit- slim and takes up very little space.. Also, it's very quiet And washing the unit is so much simpler. If you're looking to change, I would give this a try absolutely.

I hesitated to buy this due to the price but after researching all the reviews I decided to give it a try. Love this coffeemaker! Not only does it make deliciously hot coffee but it’s got a very sleek classy design that looks great on my countertop. I’ve used it multiple times daily since receiving it about 10 days ago and no complaints so far. I’ve always trusted Ninja products in the past and this was no exception.
