This is very good quality paste. I would say it’s ny second favorite, my favorite being Theircelin which at $105/kg is no longer in my price range. This is smooth, flavorful, lasts a pretty long time after opening. Makes beautiful ice cream if you want real pistachio. It’s worth the splurge.

The media could not be loaded. Lids were cracked at the side of the lid which caused leakage during shipment. The pail are snug in the box with no damage to the box which makes me believe the lids were cracked before packaging in shipping box.This was our largest shipment of pistachio paste and the only shipment we received with leakage. If product was packaging in cans this probably wouldn't happen. Unfortunately this was the last reorder since there was no refund option.

Ordered this by mistake but was still pretty good! Add powdered sugar and vanilla to make pistachio cream

Fantastic quality! I was really nervous about ordering this as I have had negative experiences with other vendors sending expired products, damaged and poor quality. This arrived WELL packaged, a year and a half prior to expiration and the quality is superb!

Full of oil! I couldn’t get any pistachio taste. The package arrived with tape around the lid and there was a leak of oil. Unsure about if it is healthy. I open the 2.2lb plastic leaky bottle, taste wasn’t like a real pistachio but like eating/drinking oil. At this point, no way to return back.
