Most helpful.
This chart is very helpful for ordering groceries. For years my doctors tried to alleviate my symptoms. I even went full vegan for a while. With the help of this chart I can eat a wonderful balanced diet.

Misspelled words, chart totally useless
I dislike everything about it, including the misspelled words and they accidentally delivered to me the next day. I’ve got to get my credit back. Goodbye.

Great replacement for paper lists
My wife and I have been using paper, tear off, all out of this or that lists for years, which I’ve loved for a long time. Recently, though, my wife decided that in order to keep the tear off pads lasting longer, she started taking pictures of the lists and not actually tearing off the sheets. The problem with this method is that she doesn’t erase or mark off that she got things she got, so when I go to tear it off and take it with me, I end up buying the same things that are already on the list. ENTER THIS DRY ERASE LIST! Tada! Now she can still take pictures of the list before going out and erase with her finger the things she’s already bought. It also is getting me in the habit of doing the same by taking a picture of the list instead of being wasteful with paper lists. The couple of things I don’t necessarily like about this format is that there isn’t a magnet to keep it on the fridge (I already have plans to add one), 2. The backside of the list has food swap ideas, which might be good, but the internet has vastly more options for alternatives to pasta etc. so relying on the 4 or 5 options for each category seems a little silly. Again, I would have spent the money on a magnet vs the 2nd side of print. It also doesn’t come with a marker, but dry erase markers are pretty easy to come by, so no worries there.

Average Quality
I am very familiar with the FODMOP diet, so I can attest that the information on this two-sided, reusable info/shopping list is fairly accurate. Of course, the number of typos is a bit distracting, which always makes me question how much attention to detail went into the accuracy of the entire product.Since FODMOP sensitive foods are typically in more of a range than a simple binary yes/no, it would have been nice if this chart offered more information to address that reality. However, when meal planning, this isn’t a bad checklist.
