Excellent Quality and value
This is a lovely enamelled cast iron pot. It is a beautiful shade of blue that compliments my kitchen perfectly. It has the raised dots on the inside of the lid that self bastes your meat keeping it succulent. It's not too heavy to handle either and is easy to clean. You just have to dry thoroughly to insure it doesn't rust, I usually pop it back in the oven to ensure they're completely dry. Excellent value.Bought this for baking my sourdough bread but was really alarmed when it arrived with the instructions which said "Never heat an empty pot". Now that is a crucial part of baking sourdough, so I contacted Nuovva customer services to ask about it. I was truly relieved to discover that the instruction means "on a stove top" and that it's perfectly safe to do so in the oven. Cannot recommend this pot or Nuovva Customer Services highly enough.

This Casserole Has Replaced My Frying Pan!
I bought this casserole dish when I saw an MSN article saying it was on offer on Amazon and an influencer recommended it - I didn't buy it on the strength of an influencer's say-so, by the way! Now I do have another casserole dish. I've had it for years and it's mostly been great (it was given to me years ago and structurally there's nothing wrong with it, it's just not as big as I'd like and sometimes the sauce inside overflows in the oven), so I decided to get this dish for a few reasons. Firstly, it's about double the size of my existing casserole dish, so there's plenty of room in it for whatever I'm cooking. Secondly, because it's enamelled cast iron, I can use it on the hob when I need to pre-cook things - for example, sealing chicken breasts before transferring to the oven and then put it straight into the oven to finish cooking. Thirdly, it cleans up really easily afterwards - I've only had one occasion where I needed a bit more elbow grease than usual to clean it up and that was because I added a fair bit of Balsamic vinegar into my cooking, and lastly, I was able to choose a colour that went with our kitchen (the dark blue one). I would say you can't go far wrong if you decide to buy this casserole dish, but you do have to treat it with respect and this is because the lip of the dish and lid are NOT enamelled. This means that if you leave it to soak overnight or don't dry it up as soon as you've washed it you could run the risk of rusting setting in, which will ruin it. There's an instruction booklet that comes with the dish and that's explained in there and I've seen a few reviews where people have given it a low star rating because they've said it's gone rusty, but I think that could be because they didn't read the instructions and treat it with proper care - if you feel you need to soak it please do be super careful to NOT leave it overnight and DON'T leave it to air-dry after washing up - I dry mine mine with kitchen roll (it's a me thing. I can't stand tea towels), making sure it's bone-dry and that there's no possible shredded bits of kitchen roll left on it, so there's no chance any dampness can be left on it. I love the size of this dish as well. Since buying and starting to use it there have been no instances of overboiling in the oven and I really can't recommend it enough, because if something is stopping us having to clean the oven because nothing bubbles over to dirty it, it can only be good, can't it? I cook for two of us, so the portion sizes I make are fine. Another thing I have to add here is that it has a fair bit of heft behind it and you could easily use it for home workouts if you don't have a barbell! Just don't do that with your food inside it!

Quality and value amazing
The pot feels really heavy duty and solid which I was hoping for. It feels like a much more expensive product. Quality of enamelling is great. Lid sits perfectly on the rim, which is what I wanted for making my sourdough loaf. The green colour is vibrant and beautiful. This is great value and I’m sure it will last just as long as the more expensive brands.

My favourite kitchen item
I love this casserole dish/Dutch oven. Perfect for making my favourite market style no kneed cheese bread. Also perfect for all my meals I cook for family. Use it in oven or on the hob. Easy to clean. Excellent value for money

Excellent quality
This is well made and performs all the necessary tasks. Purely as an observation, prospective buyers should be aware that even empty this is quite heavy and probably too heavy for most women and the elderly.

Great for baking sourdough
This is just what I needed to bake the best loaf of sourdough bread. It would also be great for casseroles/stews etc. Can withstand high heat and looks just like the more expensive brand of cast iron products. Very heavy but that’s to be expected with a pot this large. Would definitely recommend.

Love the color!
I recently received my cast iron Dutch oven, and it’s fantastic! The quality is superb—it’s heavy, sturdy, and built to last. The heat distribution is excellent, making everything I cook come out perfectly, whether I’m braising, baking, or simmering soups. The enamel coating is smooth and easy to clean, and it also adds a beautiful touch to my kitchen. It’s the perfect size for family meals, and the handles make it easy to maneuver, even when it's full. I’m beyond impressed and would highly recommend it to any home cook looking for a durable and versatile piece of cookware!

Temperature LOWER than expected! 😠
One thing positive to say about the Dutch Oven is the rich colour. It's stunning, and the pot is heavy. Is it worth it?? No. A few side complaints about this product is the lid is not a snuggle fit, there is a wobble to it. Then I read the instruction booklet and that's when my smile disappeared. In Australia's cooking terms, it seems we cannot go past 200 Celsius. On your page it states 500 Fahrenheit (260 Celsius) well that's a lie to consumers to buy it! It brought it to bake sourdough bread and 200 Celsius is too low of a temp. It also states you can not heat it without nothing in it! Again, to all artisanal bread makers 'STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY' and the shipping price is crazy. You're better off buying yourself a ceramic baking dish.
