These are good but definitely not as sticky as the original from Compex.

These are decent. I think a 3.5 rating would be more fitting. If you're doing an easy workout they'll stick. If your pretty active you may want the compex or byluy a conductive gel (they get super sticky after about 5 minutes with a gel).I would buy these again. I use them on days where I won't be doing a workout where I'm not moving a ton because they are still less expensive.I personally have all three. I use these in larger muscle groups where it doesn't have to be as sticky. I use the compex on smaller muscle groups where they are a little harder to stay put.

This is my second attempt at trying to get the correct product. Product is mislabeled and there are no 4x2 pads included in this package.
