Regarding the product, I can mention that it minimizes fine lines and is a very good moisturizer. Regarding bags under the eyes, if they are minimal, their improvement is noticeable; otherwise, it will take longer.

It concerns me that what the eye cream contains is not listed anywhere on the packaging. I had to do a thorough search on the internet to find out what is in the cream. I am somewhat sketched out about using it.
