Culinary and medicinal
All around handy garlic for general cooking and the honey, lemon, garlic ferment; Kids like it and a strong medicine which is also great for sauces. Enough for big jars of the sauce. They are hard to peel. I find it easier if I don’t use them right away. Smash the clove and the skins come off easy.

Quality is important
I received my order of garlic and at first was concerned at the cloves being brown l, thinking they were old and dried out. Especially after reading some reviews. Upon opening and peeling, I found the cloves to be perfect and they have a nice fresh garlic aroma. I needed these for the Fire Cider I make, plus plan to dehydrate some to grind for garlic seasoning. I may even try my hand at planting a couple bulbs worth. I highly recommend this seller.

Great Garlic flavor
I have been to Gilroy in person and love the taste of fresh garlic. The stuff sold in many supermarkets does not compare! Most of the time I am completely thrilled with my order. However, I have had a couple of shipments that were a bit older and drier heads. Could use a little better quality control, but I will continue to buy this product since it is still better than my local source.

Sprout almost simultaneously after planting
I'm a regular buyer of their product. Good size bulbs and healthy cloves. Sprout almost simultaneously after planting. Never disappointed me.

Grow your own
Some of these were planted last fall, they came up, over wintered, and are growing nicely.
