There is a fishy burps after taking it so if anyone having sensation with fishy burps better avoid it. It taste like eating fish fat. I started using it for the first so I can't give any product review at present I will update once I complete this 60 pills. What company claiming about no burps is false.

I have been consuming different brands of fish oil as supplement over years.My close friend suggested me to try fast and up promega..been taking it since a week now.. I am very impressed with promega as it is very different from other fish oils... Promega doesn't have bad smell like some other brands do.. Also it doesn't give berps.. Also my health has improved...thanks fast and up...

The product does exactly the opposite of what they advertised. I bought it as I am a regular Fast and Up customer and like their general range of products excluding a couple and this Fish Oil unfortunately comes into the terrible few. The most surprising thing is that they have used METHYL PARABEN as a preservative. While it is considered as mostly safe by the FDA, there are many tests suggesting carcinogenic(cancer causing) properties in parabens. Whether true or not, this is not a preservative I want to risk consuming. Very disappointed in Fast & Up. Next, I have no idea what chocolate flavor they are mentioning because I couldn't taste anything but a nasty fishy flavor and smell. The smell is nauseating but being a fish product, one generally ignores the smell. What one does not ignore is the strong fishy after burps!! Which they claim the capsules do not cause. Wrong! It causes awful burps and is very bad in the mouth. I will stick with GNC and recommend staying away from Promega until they change the formula.
