Tanquery the Great !
Great Gin and great price too. I’ve been a gin drinker from long before it became fashionable and Tanquery is my all time favourite. Clean and smooth taste. Very drinkable on any occasion. Also looks well in the classic bottleThank you Amazon.

Tanked up on Tanqueray and made a new friend!
Not gonna lie, I rarely drink and know next to nothing about gin, so I'm not going to be able to comment on the Tanqueray botanticals: "The refreshing juniper, peppery coriander, aromatic angelica & sweet liquorice" like some of the esteemed gin experts here. They could have sent me a bottle of lighter fuel and I would've been none the wiser. Fact is, I was in lockdown alone with no friends, family or gym and I needed a hit of oblivion. Gotta say this really did the trick. Couple of slugs of this mixed with Ocean Spray cranberry juice went down a treat. Don't really know how to describe the flavour but it's pleasurably harsh, in no way sickly sweet and there's no doubt about its reassuring kick.Took out a tumbler to raise a glass to the carers and essential workers on the Thursday of the week Boris went into ICU and my new next door neighbour saw me said she could kill a drink. I put some surgical gloves on (see one of my earlier reviews, LOL) and gave her 300ml in a 500ml water bottle I emptied and left it on her wall with a fresh carton on Ocean Spray. We then went round the back and enjoyed a socially distanced drink through the gap in the fence whilst we listed to cheesey 80s music on TuneIn Radio. One of the positive experiences to come out of this awful time.Word to the wise, though, this stuff is so nice it could become addictive. I was surprised at how quickly I got through it even though I'd given some away. Would definitely buy again for a special occasion or Christmas/New Year tipple. In addition the bottle is quite impressive and it was a bargain at £20 I'm told. All in all, great product that has made me a gin convert as well as a new friend. Thanks for reading.

Good taste and good price
Our go to gin. I am not sure I can justify paying twice as much for 0.7 litres of a fancy gin when this is more than adequate and 1.5 litres. The tonic used and putting real lemon in the glass has, it seems to me, a greater influence on the overall taste.

Was great value, but now too expensive
Why did you choose this product over others?:It was better value for money for a reasonable % gin.
