I have super fine, straight naturally medium blonde Eastern European hair (I get some highlights, and a root touch up maybe 3 times a year - so my hair isn’t overly processed, isn’t bleached to like a level 9, isn’t colored frequently, and I don’t have my whole head colored). My hair has no natural volume, it doesn’t hold a curl, it’s just fine.It’s thin-ish and no matter how well that I took care of it, I have health trims a few times a year, air dry it, get it colored/touched-up MAYBE 3 times a year, wash it 2-3 times a week… I could never get it to grow passed my shoulder blades.However, after taking these gummies, I noticed that my hair was growing significantly faster than any other biotin that I’ve tried. I have been taking them religiously for about a year now and my hair is about 3-4 inches above my waist line. I noticed a difference in how fast my hair was growing after about a solid month of taking these gummies. A friend of mine who does hair, had not seen me in a few months and noticed a difference in the quality of the new growth, that it was growing stronger.I have gone from never being able to grow my hair passed my shoulder blades since I was a kid… to now having my hair passed my bra line at 35 years old. The trick is to stay consistent in taking them (I take them in the morning & I have them on monthly auto-ship so that I don’t run out). I saw results after a month or two, and my hair is the longest and healthiest that it’s even been in my life. Middle aged, and very stressed, I assumed that I’d have hair loss… nope, not with these gummies.There was a period of about 2 months that I wasn’t taking them and I did not notice any significant, downright panic attack inducing shedding. There was some and it was noticeable in the shower, however, it wasn’t as bad as other biotin supplements have done to me.Idk these gummies are little unicorns for my hair and I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars.

umm....why are they so shriveled up??? I've been a long time customer of these gummies and i feel like their quality control is super inconsistent. this is very unfortunate because I have loved their prior gummies, especially when they were bear shaped. I don't know if this is how they are supposed to look now, but it honestly looks unappealing..they change their gummies so frequently and I am very dissatisfied with this batch. this company needs to really reevaluate their gummies and their quality 😔

I have been taking these for years. I love the results. My nails are stronger, hair healthier and my skin is glowing. I highly recommend. You have to give it a few months to see a difference. I went off these for two months big mistake. I could tell my hair, skin and nails all fit worse. I have these on auto ship and won't go off then ever again

The media could not be loaded. I have ordered these before and they were fine. This time they are slimy and melted? The temp here was 74* so maybe that was why? Not sure, but I am not ordering these again.
