Works well
It works for my knee and also my mother’s knee who is 85 years old . It takes a pressure from my knee and lets me to have easy movements . I don’t take them everyday , but if I feel my knee is getting sore I take 2 a day ( one with breakfast and one with dinner ) and it helps . No side effects! I recommend it to try as it’s organic and natural !

Keeps me away from illnesses going round in work.
These are a good source of turmeric; I want this mix (black pepper & turmeric) bcoz I have ALOT of daily contact with a volume of people. I feel that I’m less ill than my other work colleagues bcoz of this supplement. I feel that being the oldest at wrk, & yet I don’t get ill as much as others is down to this. [ The capsules aren’t distasteful but they do need a drink to help swallow them.]

These could be a miracle in a bottle for me
Arrived on time. There is no heavy smell and though quite large pills they are easy to swallow. I am giving these 5 stars now, which is quite soon after buying them however..... it could be a coincidence but the injury to the back of my knee (playing with the grand kids on the trampoline) which happened a few months ago, has miraculously improved . The swelling at the back of my knee has reduced which has now reduced the knee cap pain. I was in a lot of pain then took these the first day they arrived. I am now on day 5. I no longer have to wear my knee brace all the time or take pain relief every 2 hours through the day. I am not saying my knee and ligaments are back to normal as yet but I truly believe these has made the massive turn around in their recovery and the reduction of the swelling causing other problems with the knee. I will definitely be ordering again
