They work.
These tablets are great for when undertaking long periods of fasting and for daily use when exercising heavily. They are a bit on the large side but can easily be swallowed one at a time when taking two.

Hard pill to swallow
These tablets work really well (if you can swallow them) but they are massive. Really hard to swallow. Had to break them in half a couple of times.

Best Electrolyte Tablet Out There.
Certainly my favourite electrolyte tablet, I take 2 tablets 3 times a day and pair it with some extra potassium. The quality is good and it uses highly bioavailable chemicals which means you'll actually absorb close to the full amount specified.For hydration this is great and the taste doesn't bother me.Swallowing can be hard so just make sure you're taking it with water anyway.Very effective and easy to use and also not highly expensive so this is my favourite one.Will buy again.

The tablet itself is far too large. Nearly an inch in size.
Can't comment on the effectiveness of these as I have just recieved them but quick reviews doe others befoew buying they are the largest tables I've ever seen and I'm on a lot of medication! Nearly and inch in size see image. I managed to swallow them but it made me apprehensive enough to know if I continue to use them I will look elsewhere next for a smaller tablet.

Worthy of Qty / Quality and Price
Arrived today and added straight into my routine. I see a few complaints or comments on size of the tablet. It isn't that big and has a half half break line if need to snap to ease of use. Has that mineral taste but it doesn't linger if you Drink with a full glass of water or your favour shake etc as instructed. Based on ingredients and levels, I have no doubt this is a good product. Worthy value for money if you compare to other brands.

Seems a good product
These seem to be very good but only had them a few days to soon to comment.like the packaging the tablets are a bit on the large side not always easy to swallow
